Це Повідомлення про конфіденційність складено відповідно до статті 13 Регламенту (ЄС) 2016/679 (далі – GDPR) про захист фізичних осіб щодо обробки персональних даних.
This website (hereinafter the “Website”) and all the services that are provided (hereinafter the “Services”) are not intended for users under the age of 16 and MCZ Group S.p.A., in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter the “Company” or the “Controller”) does not intentionally collect the personal data of minors. Should any information of minors be registered by accident, the Data Controller will erase it as soon as possible following a request by the users.
Legal basis for and purposes of processing
Your personal data are processed:
- A) without your explicit consent, for the following purposes regarding the services/use of the Website:
- for the administration and maintenance of the Website;
- in order to provide you with any Services you may have requested;
- in order to process a contact request;
- for the exercise of the rights of the Data Controller;
your consent is not requested regarding these purposes, as the processing of data is necessary so that we may provide you with the Services you have requested or for the fulfilment of a legal obligation;
- B) exclusively with your prior specific and explicit consent, for the following other purposes:
- in order to send you (via e-mail) opinion and satisfaction surveys, newsletters and/or invitations to events or in order to register you for events to which the Data Controller participates or which are organised by the Data Controller (hereinafter “Marketing”);
Period of retention of the data
Your personal data will be processed for the time that is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes, after which time your data will be erased or rendered anonymous.
Specifically for the purposes under B), your personal data will be processed for the 24 months that follow the last point of contact between the parties.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes under A) is necessary for registration to the website and for you to use the services offered.
The provision of data for the purposes under B) is optional. You may, therefore, decide not to provide any data or to subsequently object to the processing of data you have already provided: in that case, you will not be able to receive (via e-mail) invitations to events, newsletters, and opinion and satisfaction surveys and, especially, you will not receive information regarding personalised initiatives according to your preferences. You will continue to receive the services under A).
Scope of the disclosure of data and categories of recipients
You data may be disclosed:
- for the purposes under A), to employees of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons authorised to carry out processing/system administrators;
- for the purposes under B), to third-party companies or to other persons (website providers, cloud providers, services and payment providers, suppliers, technicians in charge of hardware and software support, freight forwarders and carriers, credit institutions, professional offices, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller as data processors;
if you data is processed on behalf of the Company by third parties, such third parties will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal deed; in any case, your data will not be disseminated.
Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation
Your personal data will not be transferred to Third Countries outside Europe.
Rights of the data subjects
You have the right (see articles 15-22 of the GDPR) to ask our company to grant you access to your personal data and to rectify them, if they are incorrect, to erase them or to restrict their processing, provided that the requirements are met, and to obtain the portability of the data which you have provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on your consent or on the contract.
You also have the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing purposes which require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing until the moment of withdrawal.
